This hotel is beautiful, beds are comfortable, breakfast was good. Just one thing, did the room cleaners vacuum break? The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time.
Great place to stay with a team! Just Jacks accommodated us well, even when our game went long and we were late for our reservation. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast.
This is a lovely hotel with clean, well appointed rooms. The breakfast is excellent. Staff was very friendly.
One of the best if not the best hotel at which I have stayed. Everything was very clean and ALL the staff members were both friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and their restaurant is also super good for supper.
Great stay with our hockey team. The staff were great. We had an early game before the breakfast opened so they opened it a bit early for us to get food before our game. The mini kitchen was very nice although we didn't use very convenient. The breakfast room being open was nice to hang out as a group and enjoy time together outside of a hotel room.
The pool and hot tub is their only problems. Temperature, chlorine levels and if they are working so if this is important to you call ahead and check.
Had a fabulous stay while visiting our daughter at Olds College. The breakfast offering is a real point of difference compared to other hotels in Olds. Kim and Jo who provide the delicious food and wonderful service are a huge asset to the Pom. We look forward to our next stay.
We stayed at the Pomeroy last weekend for a hockey tournament. The staff there is so wonderful and accommodating. From Jory, that helped us with booking a conference room, to the ladies at Just Jacks & Jacks, and the lovely ladies who run the breakfast room (their free breakfast is a real breakfast and awesome) We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Melanie in the bar, and she is a top notch server and lovely woman. We had an impromptu dinner Friday night with a few hockey parents and kids, and then a full on team dinner Saturday night, which they were equally wonderful both nights!
